Finding the perfect roommate is not an easy task for Nam Se-hee (Lee Min-ki) who goes through a lot of trouble to find a person who shares the same values as him, especially when it comes to cleanliness. But when he eventually does find one, there’s a catch. His new roommate happens to be woman.
But all is not lost as he realises he may be able to solve two of his most pressing problems – his mother who is pressuring him to get married and having the perfect roommate. He decides to propose a contract – marriage with no strings attached in exchange for shared accommodation. What could possibly go wrong?
