Curtain Call follows the path of terminally-ill woman, Young Yuh-jung (Geom Soon) who flees North Korea and sets up a hotel in South Korea, hoping that she’ll reunite with her husband and son that were left behind. She meets up with theatre actor Moon Sung (Kang Ha Neul) who pretends to be her grandson to fulfil her dying wish.
