The supernatural drama Lovers of the Red Sky traces the destiny of two people, painter Hong Chun Gi (Kim Yoo-jung) and scholar Ha-ram (Ahn Hyo-seop), that is entwined since birth – due to a ritual to rid the Kingdom of a terrible demon on the same day. They meet up again as children and form a friendship that’s interrupted by a shamanic ritual that causes Ha-ram to lose his sight to Chun-gi. Years later, destiny throws the couple together again, but forces conspire to keep them apart. With the odds stacked against them and in a race against time, can they work out their differences to be together?
