The drama follows intern Jang Geu-rae (Im Siwan) who has been forced to give up his dream of turning professional at Go (a strategy board game) to start a new career, which he does as an Intern at One International. Struggling with keeping up and learning new skills, he soon learns that beyond the surface, everyone is waging their own private battles for survival.
