Kang Joo-eun (Shin Min-ah) was known as the ‘Venus of Daegu’ when she was at school – smart, pretty and very popular. Now at 33, she is a successful lawyer that struggles to keep her weight down as she juggles her career and personal life.

She boards a plane from America back home and collapses mid-flight. The only person able to provide any medical assistance on board is Kim Young-ho or John Kim (So Ji-sub), a personal trainer to the stars. He saves her life and refuses to have anything more to do with her, until she discovers his secret and threatens to blackmail him if he does not become her personal trainer.
