One The Woman follows a bizarre case of mistaken identity. Following a car accident, corrupt prosecutor Jo Yeon-joo (Honey Lee) wakes up from a coma and assumes the identity of Mi-na, the youngest daughter of a wealthy family, who happens to look exactly like her. She meets up with Han Seung-wook (Lee Sang-yoon) and sparks fly.
