Intelligence Investigation Team of Maritime Police leader Kwon Jung-ryool (Lee Sung-jae), forms an elite squad to investigate crimes committed by notorious underworld boss Choi Hee-gon. But when Hee-gon discovers he is being investigated, he takes matters into his own hands and eliminates all of those closest to the team.
Years later, the team is brought together once again, but this time they are determined to restore justice.
