The award-winning Secret Garden follows good-looking and arrogant CEO Kim Joo-won (Hyun Bin) and action stunt woman Gil Ra-im (Ha Ji-won) whose paths cross after Joo-won mistakes her for famous actress Park Chae Rin (Baek Seung-hee) while trying to prevent a scandal involving his celebrity cousin Oska (Yoon Sang-hyun).

Fate contrives to bring them together once again and they meet up on Jeju Island completely by chance. When everybody gathers to go mountain biking, Ra-Im is separated from the others and finds herself lost. Joo-won starts searching for her and finds her in a place called ‘Secret Garden’. There they meet the owner who gives them two bottles of mysterious floral wine that causes them to swap bodies.
