A series of mishaps caused by co-pilot Kim Yoon-sung (Ji Jin-hee) aboard a flight to San Francisco results in the pilot, Captain Han Gyu-pil’s (Kim Chang-wan) wife dying from complications during childbirth and her baby in a serious condition. On his return to Korea, an accident claims his life, leaving his daughter Han Da-jin (Ku Hye-sun) to care for her baby sister.
Years later, when Da-jin becomes co-pilot to the well-regarded Captain Yoon-sung she is unaware of the part he played in the series of unfortunate events leading up to her mother’s death.
