The Guest is definitely not one for the faint-hearted. It is a supernatural thriller that follows priest Choi Yoon (Kim Jae-wook), psychic Yoon Hwa Pyung (Kim Dong-wook) and detective Kang Kil-young (Jung Eun-chae) as they team up to do battle against a rather nasty grudge-bearing spirit.

The story begins with an all-powerful and controlling demon called Sohn, who wreaks havoc on a village and then lies dormant for 20 years. When it resurfaces, it unleashes havoc, going on a mad killing spree through those it possesses. The three are seriously tested as they do their best to contain it.
