The Smile Has Left Your Eyes delves into the complexities of the human condition through its unsettling portrayal of the relationship between the dark and brooding Kim Moo-young (Seo In-guk) and Yoo Jin-kang (Jung So-min) who is instantly drawn to him, and her brother Yoo Jin Gook (Park Sung-woong) who is desperate to keep them apart.
