Was It Love?

Film Producer No Ae-Jung (Song Ji-hyo) is a single mother that has not had a boyfriend for 14 years, but her life gets turned upside down when she encounters four different men from her past – best-selling novellist Oh Dae-O (Son Ho-jun), actor Ryu Jin (Song Jong-ho), former gangster Koo Pa-do (Kim Min-jun) and PE teacher, once CEO Oh Yeon-woo (Koo Ja-sung). 

The romantic comedy Was It Love? begins with an abrupt change in circumstance that leads Ae-Jung to do the unthinkable and strike up a deal with gangster Koo Pa-do in exchange for her life and to rid herself of debt.  In return she needs to do two things – acquire the movie rights to Oh Dae-O’s novel and cast Ryu Jin in the role as the lead actor, but it is easier said than done, as the two harbour bad feelings for her and are determined to get their revenge for what she did in the past. 

And when her daughter discovers Ae-Jung’s keepsake box in the attic, it becomes only a matter of time before she finds out the truth about the identity of her father.
