Ko Min-nyeo (Park Shin-hye) assumes the identity of her twin brother Ko Mi-ran for a month as an idol in a leading boy band called AN Jell after he is forced to rush to America to fix up his botched plastic surgery.

Posing as her brother, she meets others in the band, including Hwang Tae-kyung (Jang Keun-suk), Kang Shin-woo (Jung Yong-hwa) and Jeremy (Lee Hong-gi). Her life becomes increasingly complicated as she manages her new identity and navigates her way through her relationship with the prickly Tae-kyung.
