A personal tragedy leads former police officer and insurance investigator Choi Kang Woo (Yoo Ji-tae) to form an unlikely alliance with a quick-witted conman Kim Min Joon (Woo Do-hwan) and a select group of investigators known as ‘mad dogs’ to hunt down the bad cats.
