Following a murder at the palace, Crown Prince Lee Gak (Park Yoochun) investigates the crime with his close entourage, Song Man-bo (Lee Tae-ri), Woo Yong-sool (Jung Suk-won) and Do Chi-san (Choi Woo-shik).  While investigating, they are set upon by a group of assailants and they flee the scene, jumping across a chasm but instead of landing on the other side, they end up in the future – in the rooftop apartment of Park Ha (Han Ji-min).

To get back to their own time, they need to unravel the mystery behind the grisly murder, and to do that need to acclimatise to their new surroundings quickly.  They enlist the help of Park-ha and through a series of coincidences meet the reincarnated versions of everyone that played a part in the murder.
