In their youth, Seo Joon-young (Kwon Sang-woo) and visually-impaired Park Hye-in (Kim Hee-sun) are instantly drawn to each other and fall hopelessly in love, only to be driven apart by circumstance. When they meet again, years later, Hye-in, with her vision now restored, fails to recognise Joon-young as she has been led to believe that he died.
