Fate brings two people together – doctor Go Eun-ho (Ji Jin-hee) and Seo Jung-eun (Go Hyun-jung) – and then conspires to tear them apart with a tragic accident, leaving Eun-ho in a coma and his mother losing her life. While he is hospitalised, Jung-eun meets his stepbrother Go Eun sup (Jo In-sung), which ignites a damaging love triangle between the three.
