Lee Yeon-jae (Kim Sun-a) is diagnosed with terminal cancer and is given six months to live. She decides to tick as many things off her bucket list as possible before she dies and heads to Japan on a first class ticket for her first vacation ever. While she is there, she meets Kang Ji-wook (Lee Dong-wook) who helps her fulfil her dreams.
