Following a tragic accident, Eun-hye’s (Shin Ae) parents decide to donate her organs, with one of the recipients being Shim Hye-won (Son Ye-jin) who has suffered from heart problems since birth. Devastated by the loss of Eun-hye, his first love, Min-woo (Song Seung-heon) decides to travel to Italy to study and recover from his loss. When he returns to Korea, a chance encounter leads him to meet Hye-won at the airport, whose heart beats faster when she comes into contact with him.
